Desi Youth provided financial assistance of twenty thousand rupees each to two underprivileged nursing students, Busi Ramya and Addanki Sravanti. With the support of friends and members of Desi Youth, these funds are aimed at helping the students pursue their nursing studies at Bhargavi Nursing College in Ongole. Both students had completed their 12th grade at Timmayapalem High School in Addanki Mandal.

The financial aid was presented through Sri. Kukatla Subbarao, and Smt. Vindhya Vali, and will continue until the students complete their 3 year nursing course.

Staff and students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Desi Youth members and sponsors for their crucial support in realizing the students’ nursing dreams. The event was attended by the college principal P. Gangadhar, former principal K. V. Srinivasa Rao, and other college staff members.
